What is valet trash service?
Valet trash is a convenient service where our team collects bagged trash and recyclables directly from your doorstep on scheduled days.
What properties do you service?
We work with apartments, condos, townhomes, senior living, student housing, and new construction communities across the United States.
How often is trash collected?
Our standard valet trash service runs 5 nights per week, but collection schedules can be customized based on your community’s needs.
Do you provide recycling pickup?
Yes! We collect recyclables along with trash, helping your community stay eco-friendly and compliant with local recycling ordinances.
What items are not accepted?
Hazardous waste, liquids, oversized furniture, and sharp objects are not accepted in regular valet trash pickup. Bulk item removal is available separately.
How can residents report a missed pickup?
If service is ever missed, residents can contact property management or reach out to our support team for a quick resolution.
Do you offer bulk item removal?
Yes, we remove large items such as furniture, appliances, and debris through our bulk item removal service upon request.

Absolutely. We prioritize eco-conscious disposal and recycling programs to reduce landfill impact while promoting sustainability in every community we serve.
TRASH COLLECTION GUIDELINES
STEP 1 - Prepare Your Trash
Trash should be placed inside your personal provided container. The container will hold a 13-gallon trash bag. Once the trash bag is full, please tie it tightly.
If the bag is overfilled or contains pet waste, please double-bag it to prevent spills or leaks.
STEP 2 - Place Outside for Collection
Place your trash container and/or recyclables outside your unit at your community’s designated service time.
A Rubbish Takers valet team member will collect your trash or recyclables at any time during that service window.
STEP 3 - Bring Container Back Inside
Once your trash or recyclables have been picked up, please bring your empty container back inside your unit based on your community’s required time.
STEP 4 – Special Disposal Items
For special items and materials, please follow these guidelines:
Bulk Items: Contact your community manager to schedule a pickup for large or bulk items.
Boxes: Please break down all corrugated boxes before placing them out for collection. This helps our team maintain efficiency and keeps the area clean.
